My position was Domestic Travel Coordinator. I was hired by the VIP of Field Publicity, Beth Pinker. I also worked closed with the 2 National Publicity Teams led by Michelle Rudberg and Heather Forziati.
My job Responsibilities include communicating with Paramount Publicists and Talent teams to book travel for Talent and Filmmakers for Promotional Tours, Movie Premieres and Award Shows. Travel included booking airfare, airport greeters, ground transportation, hotels, and train fare. Collect and reconcile receipts
for monthly statement.
My position was fully remote and temporary with an assignment end date with the possibility of extension. I started in Nov 2023 thru Feb 2024, and again from August 2024 thru Jan 2025.
My best friend, Ellen, used to work on the Field Publicity team as Beth’s assistant and recommended me for the job.
