I started working as a “General Clerk” at Warner Bros. Studio Operation Tour Department in March on 2015.
I remember they had a 2 day group interview and they wanted us to prepare a 1 minute tour speech of our choosing on something we would say while a tour.
From the interview you were either hired as full time and go straight into being trained as a tour guide or part time and you would get assigned shifts in the support roles only. Support roles included: ticket counter, museum, Talk show audience, theater tour into, or field operations.
I was initially hired has part time, and 6months later was hired full time and became tour trained.
I was only at this job for about 11 months, and I remember them changing the tour carts, opening a new museum stop called “Stage 48” with a new cafe and store. So much about the tour has changed since I worked there.
